Learning the lay of the land

I'm still trying to figure out how to post the most effeciently. Just having anything at all up and running is a pleasure. Added to that it seams my writer's block is working itself out.

Just have fun :) Learning the lay of the land with LJ is easy ...
And it is wonderful your writer's block is gone. HOO-YAH!

Una, is there anyplace here that gives instructions. I really need to learn to cross post. I belong two different fic groups (they've really helped clear the writers block), but I end up posting three times, once in my journal, and once in each ot the journals for that community.

I've looked and looked but am at a lose on this one.

I am planning on going with the paid version of LJ, if for no other reason than to have a place to put photos.

Hiya :)
Atm LJ itself doesn't have a cross-posting option ... yet. But there are clients which offer such a thing. Best read here at the LJ FAQ, where to go for the clients :)

Paid LJ is quite nice ... and you can have different layouts, more icons and you have the photo account which is cool :)

Una, I'm really confused. I've done some research regarding styles for the page you said you've help me creat and am coming up with nothing. I love the way your journal is organized so that you can have your stories in a different section from your general posts. That would be what I'd really like, but not sure it is possible with what I've got. Better yet I'd like to divide my stories into groups for the fandoms I've written in. Is that possible?

Oh and if you go paid, I will make you a S2 latte layout. My treat :)

With an offer like that I can't refuse. I've always wanted a place where all my fic and photos could be in one place.

Hehehe, yep :) So let me know when you go paid and which layout you like :)

I just upgraded, today. Over the next week, I'll explore my style choices and let you know. I'd love something so that add all my stories, but divide them into specific areas, such as SAAB, Enterprise, Firefly, and so forth.

Any ideas?
